Control Plane Service Upgrade for Africa will only prevent creation or monitoring of endpoints. There will be no impact to the data plane during this upgrade. Outage will be around 60 minutes with a window of 4 hours from Midnight to 4AM Perth Time (GMT +8) on 14 October.
